At PetCare, we want your pet to look their best in our latest fashion collections, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the clothing is free from pet hair to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused pet apparel in its original packaging, ensuring the items are clean and the tags are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of reaching our warehouse.
